About the webmaster
I self-taught myself coding in about 2021 when I started creating carrds. In 2023 I found neocities and made my first site, which has since been deleted. Since then I've had coding and graphics making as a side hobby when I am not doing art or playing games. I started recently making more high quality graphics instead of only recolors or shitty cutouts, mostly on bundlrs, which I still make from time to time.
I am indigenous american and speak mostly Eng and Jp, I can read mandarin but I haven't quite learned speaking/writing it. Lolita.jp.net was originally a exclusive jp site, lolita.osaka.jp , which is now defunct. I decided to make it an english and jp site for my own learning purpose. I am Lolita, if you couldn't tell by now.
